Andrew W. Lohn is of Counsel to the Savannah, Georgia firm of Bart, Meyer & Company, LLP. Mr. Lohn also serves as advisor to West Mountain Partners, an Atlanta-based Fund of Hedge Funds. Mr. Lohn regularly counsels clients on wealth management, business succession planning, asset protection planning, and domestic and international estate planning. Previously, Mr. Lohn worked in the Trust & Estates group of a top Atlanta-based law firm and in the Corporate Tax Group and Private Client Advisor Group of Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Lohn is a graduate of Georgia State University College of Law and the University Of Alabama School Of Law.

Ms. Leahy is a graduate of the Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America.
