Leticia Balcazar is a U.S. and International Tax, Business, and Estate Planning attorney. Ms. Balcazar has over 20 years of experience providing comprehensive tax & legal guidance to international investors, primarily in China and Southeast Asia. Ms. Balcazar regularly advises clients on business, tax, expatriate and pre-immigration planning, and domestic and cross-border estate and trust planning. Ms. Balcazar earned her LL.M. in Taxation from Golden Gate University Law School.

Jacob Stein is the Managing Partner at Aliant, LLP. Mr. Stein specializes in complex estate tax planning, international tax planning and asset protection planning. Mr. Stein is the author of numerous books, including A Lawyer's Guide to Asset Protection Planning in California, the only legal treatise on asset protection specific to California. Mr. Stein frequently writes and presents on advanced tax planning, structuring international business transactions, asset protection and trust law. Mr. Stein earned his LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center.
