Sean R. Weissbart is counsel at Morris & McVeigh LLP, where he represents clients on a variety of trusts and estates matters, including domestic and international estate planning, administration of trusts and estates, and all aspects of litigation in Surrogate's Court. Mr. Weissbart is also an adjunct professor of law at Fordham University School of Law, where he teaches a seminar on trusts and estates drafting. His academic and practice-driven articles have been accepted for publication in leading industry journals, including Estate Planning, The Journal of Taxation, and the ACTEC Law Journal. He is a graduate of New York University School of Law.
