Mr. Litvak is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV), an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) in business valuation, and is Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) with the AICPA. Mr. Litvak is one of FTI Consulting's National Product Leaders in merger and acquisition disputes and was the former co-chair of the AICPA Task Force on merger and acquisition disputes. Mr. Litvak has provided expert opinions in federal, state, and municipal courts throughout the United States on matters involving post-acquisition disputes. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado.   Jason Tolmaire is a Senior Director at FTI Consulting and is based in Chicago. Mr. Tolmaire is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and is Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) from the AICPA. Mr. Tolmaire has worked on several cases that involved calculating damages arising out of post-acquisition disputes. He is a graduate of Florida A&M University.
